A Lifetime of Support in Vedic Meditation

When I first learned to meditate in 1996, I didn’t have the kind of teacher support I now offer to my students. There was no one checking in regularly, no group meditations to attend, no ongoing teachings or opportunities to deepen my understanding of the practice.

What I did have was a small but mighty community of young, new meditators—people like me who had just stepped into this ancient practice and were doing their best to stick with it. We didn’t know much, but we knew enough to keep showing up. We meditated together often, and that sense of camaraderie helped carry me through the early years of my practice. Still, I didn’t know what I didn’t know.

Fast forward 25 years—yes, 25 years of daily Vedic Meditation—and I finally connected with a teacher who could offer the depth, knowledge, and personal support I hadn’t even realized I’d been missing. It was like being put in a slingshot and launched forward into my best life.

The meditation itself had always been powerful, but the teachings, the context, and the continued connection with a seasoned teacher took everything to the next level. I felt supported. Seen. Uplifted.

That’s what I now offer to everyone who learns Vedic Meditation with me: lifelong support.

You’ll never be left to figure it out alone—unless that’s what you want. Some people prefer to meditate quietly on their own, and that’s totally honored. But if you ever have questions, need guidance, want to join a group meditation or meditation retreat, or explore deeper knowledge through advanced teachings, I’m here. For life.

This practice is simple, but its potential is vast. You don’t need to walk that path alone. When you learn to meditate with me, you gain not just a technique—but a teacher, a guide, and a lifelong connection.

Because everyone deserves that slingshot moment—the one that propels you into your fullest, most expansive life.

Let’s begin this journey—together.
