For almost 30 years, I have been practicing Vedic Meditation daily. I have over 2000 hours of training with masters of Vedic Meditation in India, have completed the prerequisite courses on Vedic Meditation, and have taken training in advanced techniques. And now, I’m ready to share that knowledge with you…
When I first learned Vedic Meditation and incorporated the practice into my life daily, I watched in awe as the negative cycles that had previously dominated my life were broken.
I finally found clarity and direction, earned two degrees, and successfully ran a bi-coastal business for 22 years—and I also have nearly 30 years of sobriety under my belt.
